Bring 6 inch action figure from 2D image to 3D printing prototype

 Last year we worked out the project of 6 inch figure with weapon ,from 2d concept image to physical sample （tooling master and painted master ）.

Below are the 2d image provided in the beginning for review .

After make adjustment and here come out the 3d draft image

 

Once above 3d images confirmed ,we break aparts the figure into pices for analyze and 3d printing .

Tooling master -3D print prototype

Paint master

Tooling master was 4% increased for shrinkage . Paint master was final size 1:1 scale .

We processed mold with above samples and mass production.
